Thursday 16 October

The next meeting will be held at De Ultieme Hallucinatie
Rue Royale 316, 1210 Bruxelles starting at 18h30
The next AI Club meeting follows an engaging and democratic format designed to bring together AI enthusiasts of all levels, from seasoned experts to curious newcomers.
Meeting Structure
The club operates on an open presentation model where anyone can propose topics related to AI themes. The evening begins with rapid-fire pitch sessions where participants have just 30 seconds to present their proposed topics to the group. After all pitches are heard, the collective group votes using post-it notes to democratically select which subjects will be explored during the main session.
AI Stand-Up Format
This meeting features the signature "AI Stand-Up" presentation style - a punchy, high-energy format that prioritizes practical demonstration over theoretical discussion. Each selected presentation follows strict guidelines:
- 20 slides maximum
- 6 minutes total presentation time
- Live demos required
- No theory - only concrete, actionable information
This fast-paced format ensures audiences see AI tools and concepts in action rather than abstract explanations, making the content immediately applicable and engaging.
Single Room Session
Unlike some previous meetings, this gathering will take place in one room exclusively featuring the AI Stand-Up format, creating a focused, unified experience for all attendees.
Social Component
Following the two-hour presentation block, participants will transition upstairs to the large dining room at Ultieme Hallucinatie for a shared meal, providing networking opportunities and continued informal discussions about the evening's AI topics.
This format successfully combines structured learning with community building, ensuring both technical knowledge sharing and social connection among AI enthusiasts.
